Do your clubs have a dress code?
We prefer not to run with a dress code in place as we prefer our clubgoers feel as comfortable as possible. However, it’s worth checking venues’ individual policies in case of any in venue policies. Many of our audience love dressing up in a slightly 'rock' or nostalgic 80's pop fashion though if you're looking for inspiration for an outfit!

What time is last entry?
This can vary from club to club, we endeavour to add this to our ticketing process if possible but if in doubt please reach out to us and we can let you know.

Is the cloakroom open?
This can also vary from club to club, most venues have cloakrooms open now, although it is worth checking ahead if you are in doubt with the venue you are attending.

I’m planning to attend the club in the future, but it’s not on-sale yet, when will it be taking place?
There’s a general rule we will land on the last Friday of the month, in London and Manchester, for most of the year. We also are in Bristol on the second Friday of each month usually. If in doubt, please contact us and we can let you know our plans.

I work for the NHS, how can I get my free ticket?
Simply email us at ultimatepower@hotmail.co.uk from your NHS email or attaching some NHS ID so we can verify and we’ll send you a ticket. This offer is only available in advance and for one ticket per worker. Sometimes NHS emails get caught in our spam filters, so please include a subject line and if we don’t respond within 48 hours, try reaching us through a non NHS email.

I have a special request, will you play certain songs for our special occassion?
We will endeavour to always play requests if we can, as long as they fit the category of them being Power Ballads. However, there’s no guarantees we will play the requested song at the club.
